About Cannon Planning Services

Principal and Owner Alice Cannon has over 30 years experience working in local government. Her positions in Oregon and Colorado ranged from Assistant Planner to Assistant City Manager. She led Community Development and Planning Departments in Oregon cities. She enjoys helping agencies plan for the future and map a path forward to achieve goals, projects, and jump-start programs. Alice is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and the International City/County Management Association (ICMA). She holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon in Planning, Public Policy, and Management.
